All orders are hand-made in small batches to ensure freshness and quality. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing before your order ships. During peak seasons, holidays, or new collection launches, processing may take an additional 1-3 business days.

Once shipped, delivery typically takes:

A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order is shipped.
Shipping Address Issues
Please make sure your address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for:

Incorrect or incomplete information

Lost packages due to incorrect information

Packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier
If the carrier confirms delivery, we cannot replace or refund the order.
Warm Weather Shipping
Our body butters are made with natural ingredients and may melt in high temperatures. if your product arrives softened or melted:

Place it in the freezer for 3-5 minutes

Texture may slightly change but the product is still safe and effective
We do not offer replacements for melted products.
Returns & Refunds
ALL SALES are Final
Due to the personal, handmade nature of our skincare products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. For sanitary reasons, items cannot be returned once they leave our facility.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will gladly replace or correct the order.

Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within 1 hour of purchase. Once production or shipping begins, cancellations are not possible.
