Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- your order number
- photos of the product(s)
- photos of the shipping box
We will gladly replace the item or issue store credit depending on availability.

Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. Once processing begins, the order cannot be canceled.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Hot Komodity Cosmetics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they show as "Delivered" by the carrier. Please file a claim with USPS or your local carrier if this occurs.

Processing Time
All products are handmade in small batches, please allow:
- 3-7 business days for processing (normal season)
- 5-10 business days during holidays or new launches
Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.
Shipping Time
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within:
- 3-5 business days ( USPS First Class)
- 2-3 business (USPS Priority Mail)
Shipping speed depends on the option chosen at checkout.
Tracking Information
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Please all 24-48 hour for tracking updates to scan into the system.
Address Errors
If the wrong address was entered at checkout, email us within 2 hours so we can fix it before shipping. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
